Revised timetable for consideration of the Supplementary
Legislative Consent Memorandum for the Public Service Pensions
Bill
1. On 18 October 2012, the Business Committee laid a report, in accordance with Standing Order 29.5, setting out a deadline of 15 November 2012 for the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee to consider and report on the relevant provisions.
2. On 13 November 2012, the Business Committee agreed to lay a revised report, amending the deadline for the Committee to report to the Assembly to 3 January 2013.
